What personal data we collect
The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with us.
If you join the early access list: your email address, and the page you were on when you submitted the form.
If you contact us: your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us in your message.
When you visit the website: limited technical information, such as the network address your request came from and the pages requested. This is kept for a short time by the service that serves the website, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use it to identify visitors, and we do not run analytics on it.
How we use your personal data

The early access list is one purpose, one message. If you join it, we will write to you about early access to the Elev8ed HR platform: a place on the pilot, what it involves, the founding price, and when it opens. We will not use your address for anything else, and we will not add you to any other list. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any email from us, or by writing to [email protected].
The Elev8ed HR platform
This policy covers the website you are reading. The platform itself, where an organisation runs its employee relations casework, is governed by the agreement between that organisation and us and by the platform's own privacy documentation. Case data entered into the platform is not collected through this website, and this policy does not describe it.
Who we share personal data with
We do not sell personal data to anyone.
We share personal data only with service providers who support the website, and only so far as they need it to do that:
- HubSpot, which holds the early access list and sends our email on our instructions.
- The provider that serves the website, which sees the technical information described above.
Each provider processes personal data only on our instructions, under a written data processing agreement, and in line with UK data protection law.
How long we keep your data
We keep your email address on the early access list until you ask us to remove it, or until the list closes because the pilot has run its course, whichever comes first. Messages you send us are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than is necessary for our legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Data that is no longer required is securely deleted.
Special category data
We do not ask for special category personal data, such as health information, racial or ethnic origin or trade union membership, through this website. Please do not include it in a message to us unless it is necessary. If you do, we will process it only where the law allows and only for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- be informed about how your data is used
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how we process it
- receive a copy of your data in a portable form
- withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis

Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The product film is embedded through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and loads only when you choose to play it. From that point YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
